Please understand that the case does not fully cover your iPad when you purchase it. You simply plug the iPad into the part that folds away from the keyboard. If you use it at your desk or some stable place where you don't carry it around often, it can work great. In our case, my high school son was using it at school and the iPad fell out of its case in the hallway and the screen shattered. It worked fine before, but I wanted people to know that if you're not careful it can slip off.
