Doesn't touch the ground
Runs normally on the rear. There is a 3 inch slot at the bottom. That way things will still fall out. My only suggestion is to put velcro on the bottom to make it more solid. I actually bought it to prevent food from spilling all over the place. As long as it holds big things in it, things will still fall out.
