Best Email Template Solution for Business

It is user friendly and also provides real time alerts with all details, even when offline or away from the office. There's nothing much that I don't like in this solution. The interface is easy to use and navigate at the same time. I'm using it to send mails to my clients along with sending out the invoices of the services we provided the them. This email template will help me not to miss any detail from our customer. Also, it also helps us in knowing their preference which was given in the previous mail. Overall it has been very helpful to be able to track down the current scenario of all my email client. We can notify the client about the invoice that they have received or they might have opened while they were asleep just so we know if there's no activity on the account. It's simple, it works well and is very intuitive. The interface could be improved by adding more options in some of the menus (for example "send" menu). I like that it has integrations with other platforms such as Slack or Zendesk. Also, it helps me monitor my business reputation through different tools. In addition, I can easily send out mass emails from this platform.
