Review on 🚀 Unveiling the Game-Changer: Zero Touch - Limited Edition by Michael Ward

The device is working properly, but there is a serious issue with battery access and device support. First, after only 2 weeks of using the device, I started getting battery warnings. This includes almost 1 hour of use of the device with a connected phone. The manufacturer says the battery typically lasts 2 years. When I went to change the battery, the screw was almost impossible to find. Worse, it was covered in plastic, which not only made it almost invisible even when zoomed in, but also shattered into pieces when we tried to take it off. We were finally able to remove the cap after several hours of trying and the cap on the screw shattered. Very disappointed 1) that the screw cap wasn't easy to find and remove 2) that none of the help guides on the support page showed where to look 3) in 2018 Logitech didn't do a YouTube support video about what should be easy Task . Even with the right tools in a house full of engineers, it was a terrifying experience.
