I have 3 cats, one of which I thought might have a food allergy so I buy more natural foods for them like grain free, gluten free and meat free. All my cats are picky to some degree but my oldest, who I buy this food for, is the pickiest. In fact, he will starve for several days and not eat what is given to him. Of course, I usually felt bad and ended up giving him something else, but wasted a lot of food. I saw a limited number of ingredients in this meal, and I liked that the first ingredient was regular meat or fish and not... food, bones, or any kind of fillers. I couldn't find another case so I took a chance and ordered a case of tuna with chicken. I should also note that my pickiest cat does NOT like any other cat food that contains chicken. He loves real chicken, but not what most cat foods call chicken. My other two don't like it either. However, he absolutely LOVES that tuna and fussie cat chicken. My youngest cat who I rescued last year also loves it so I feed it to him too. The ingredients are actually sliced tuna and chicken pieces. They are not small pieces or chunks pressed into squares like most commercial cat foods. These are real pieces of minced meat in aspic - NO sauce. Some chunks can be a little big though, so if I put them on a plate and see some big chunks I just chop them up a bit. Nothing bad. Overall, my cats really like it and I like it because it contains real meat that cats should eat.
