Customer Service at BREYLEE Was a Disappointment

I was excited to try out BREYLEE's web shop and organic skincare products, but I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the company's customer service. I emailed their customer support department when I had an inquiry about one of their products. The answer I finally got was unhelpful and didn't address my issues, and it took several days to get it. Unfortunately, I also had problems with shipment and delivery. My package arrived without one of the items I ordered, and it took longer than anticipated. I contacted customer service to resolve the problem, but they were unresponsive and unable to offer any solutions. The products I got were also of disappointing quality. Despite the products' claims of being all-natural and organic, I did not observe any improvements after using them. Overall, I was disappointed and frustrated by my interaction with the BREYLEE online shop and customer service. I was disappointed by the lack of response from customer support, the delays in shipping, and the mediocre quality of the products. If you're in the market for high-quality, efficient skincare products, I wouldn't suggest this line.
