Review on 4-FLO by Mark Marcellus

The ease of use - it's like having your own personal assistant! I love that there are so many different ways you can configure things (and have them configured automatically) using templates or custom fields with Rules/Actions in combination wtih other modules such as Approvals etc. It also allows me to create my workflows quickly by selecting what tasks need doing first, then adding conditions along each step until all requirements are met before continuing onto next task(s). Sometimes some steps seem too long but this might be due more to how detailed they should actually get rather than anything else? Also sometimes we don't know exactly when something needs done because our system doesn’t alert us immediately once certain criteria has been fulfilled; however after waiting around 10 mins everything works out ok anyway :) Have used multiple tools over time including Workflow Builder which was very clunky compared even just simple Excel macros at times vs.
