The imperial side looks fine as far as I can tell. However, I have my concerns about the metric side. The markings at the extreme ends of the vernier scale are a little over 39 millimeters apart (I watch the fraction). That "something more" poses a problem: you could measure something that is say 4.9mm and you could never get the fractional part since none of the lines would match. I really can't be displayed with calipers that are cheap enough that you could give them away as party favors, but stick with using the imperial side.
