Cons: The main disadvantage is that the back pad does not hold up well. After only 1 day of use it sagged and you can see the inside of the chair. He slides back down with force, but not strong enough to stop him from sliding down again. This does not affect the comfort of the chair but is a major manufacturing oversight. The only other issue is the seat controls. Does not have adjustable office chair controls. The seat adjustment only has up/down, lock/tilt and a rotary knob for the required backrest force. I wish there was something else to control the height of the backrest. The lumbar support is insufficient and the extra lumbar pillow doesn't help me. Pros: I'm comfortable (6ft, 200lbs). High backrest, headrest and neck pillow are great! Wide seat. Very adjustable arms. High-quality materials. Good value for money if you can buy it. I would say worth $350.
