Review on Thetford TH31708 Aqua-Magic V High and Low Foot with Upgraded Blade Seal by Ryan Nguyen

I have a Thetford Aqua-Magic V model 31648 in my caravan and on our last trip I noticed some water was leaking out of the bottom of the toilet. I used a bottom flange gasket to replace a worn gasket at the bottom of the toilet and it worked fine. As my top seal is still working I have decided not to replace it yet but will keep it nearby in case anything changes. I found a YouTube video that made it easy. My only difficulty is that my toilet is wall mounted and my plumbing lines are not flexible so disconnecting and reconnecting the plumbing to/from the toilet was the hardest part.
