This keyboard has everything in the list of features. Advantages: 1. Good switches. I chose MX Brown, it's my choice for most mechanical keyboards.2. RGB is really good. Creating layers with basic highlights in addition to effects is really fun.3. The macro keys work well as long as you stick to the iCue software. Stream Deck is very limited.4. The volume wheel is very useful. I wish all my keyboards had a scroll wheel like this.5. I can type quickly (for myself) with few mistakes. Neutral: 1. I appreciate the Doubleshot PBT caps, but the caps look much better on my Durgod.2. I actually like the palm rest, but I don't find it as functional as it should be. Disadvantages: 1. Sound. Most mechanical switches produce a slight metallic resonance. This keyboard amplifies it to the point where you'll hear it all the time. Honestly, sometimes it's too much. Some won't mind, but if you don't want to hear a high-pitched metallic noise every time you press a key, don't buy this. Not very good sounding keyboard.2. Non-standard keycaps on the bottom row. Not much, but limits those who want to customize more.3. Bad software broke me. 3 times! They claimed it was old software that failed to update the firmware, but even after updating the software, my keyboard got locked. There is some manual work on their forums. This is a keyboard where the sum is no more than the parts. It has better parts and features, but overall it falls short of some of the cheaper alternatives. I have a basic Durgod that I got here at Revain, with no backlight, which I will always prefer to Corsair because it prints and sounds great. ) and want all the bells and whistles then this might be your jam. Last note. I judge things harder than other people. 5 = best I've ever used. 4 = Excellent. I'm giving this a 3 and it will probably be a 4 or 5 for some of you.
