I don't want a mini skirt! I wanted a nice pleated skirt for my 7 year old daughter's birthday. I repeat, I did not want a mini skirt! The length measurements say it's 16.9 inches, but as you can see from the photos... that is not right. And without shorts, when I bend down to tie my shoelaces, you see EVERYTHING! And although I'm smart, I don't open the package until the day I need to wear it, so I can't exchange it. Nice stretchy texture. Thick. Elastic wheels. I have a bulge in my stomach area and this skirt doesn't suit me at all. I weigh 168 pounds with hips, thighs and fupa. If I had to buy this skirt again I would consider going up a size but I really don't like the fact that shorts are not included. I would not buy again.
