I am very skeptical about this product. While I'd like to believe that the air quality in my home is top notch and that's why the air purifier is blue in ALL rooms in my 1700 square foot home, that's unlikely. I bought an air purifier because my sister brought hers in last week and it didn't have great air quality. Is it possible that a week ago she worked 24 hours and cleaned my whole house so well?! I doubt it. If this block doesn't change color at least once within the next week, I will be returning it and lowering the rating. If it changes color (e.g. when cooking) I will update my review and rating at that time. At the moment I give it 3 points for price, looks and weight. Update: First I complained that it didn't turn blue, I thought it was defective or poor quality. However, it turned red and orange from cooking. It gave me a good feeling like it was working. But now, a few months later, the thing hasn't turned green in weeks. I installed a new filter and ran it at max speed for several days and still nothing. Either the color codes are fake or they don't work well and don't fully clean the air. Still, thumbs down.
