Review on Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 175/65 R14 86T winter by Mateusz Rzeczycki ᠌

After replacing the tires with summer ones in the spring of 2023, I observed numerous minor cracks in the rubber, despite having only driven about 7-8 thousand kilometers on them over the course of one winter. When I contacted the help desk at the store from whom I purchased it (Vianor), an employee instructed me to come in person to address the issue. I was ecstatic to begin with because premium tire brand loyality is unparalleled. They took me to a location across town without even inspecting the tires in question. When I contacted, they told me there was no assurance, they wouldn't make any changes, and all I could do was fill out a survey, at which point they just threw a link at me. I haven't heard anything back from the survey. The tires did not impress me with their performance. Prior to that, I used Pirelli Ice Zero, which are, in my opinion, just as good but a lot cheaper. Because of their high price, you probably expect them to perform adequately.
