Review on LaunchTrack by Tyler Parker

I like that they are able to provide me with all of my sales reports in one place, which makes it very easy for us as an agency! They also have great customer service reps who can answer any questions you may be having or help set up your account/s if needed - we've never had issues getting them setup properly but when there was some confusion at first about how our system would work (it's not intuitive) their team helped guide through setting things right quickly so everything worked perfectly from day 1 without issue!! The only thing i dislike sometimes during busy seasons where tickets sell out fast-ish etc., its hard because people want updates immediately rather than waiting until next week / month end reporting period comes around again :) otherwise no complaints here really just minor nitpicks ;) We use launchtrack primarily internally within Apttus however do offer services externally via Agency Pro.
