I spent $500 on a euro leather chair. The chair was not used much and was only for company. After a few years, the skin began to peel off. The chair worked great but the flakes that fell were unsightly. I later discovered that it was glued leather, which is real leather scraps that are basically shredded into small pieces, mixed with resin, and then sprayed onto fabric. There are products that can temporarily make a chair presentable. After looking for a replacement chair and its repair I decided to look for a chair cover and finally found it! This furniture cover is amazing! It has a non-slip base to keep it from sagging after tipping. It covers most of the damaged "skin". It looks great in our living room. I am very satisfied with this product. I will order a second one for the 2nd European seat in our RV. The case is very affordable and well made. This has saved me money from not having to replace two chairs and has extended the life of my current chairs. I definitely recommend these cases. I haven't washed them or spilled anything on them to test how waterproof they are since I just received them. We don't have pets so it may take a while for me to clean it up. I will update my review if there are any issues with this cover in the future.
