Cool stuff. Considering the discounts you can get on kitchen appliances, I thought $27 or something was high. However, this thing is stainless steel and it's a pretty good kit! It does the perfect job. The most difficult thing is to pierce the potatoes on the skewer. Once you get the hang of it it will work very quickly and you will understand why it is UNTOUCHABLE due to the exposed BLADE!
