Hair type: Normal thick, dyed bright red, long (to the buttocks) I have very long hair which I constantly try to keep healthy and not break. Since I don't wash my hair often due to the colour, every shampoo/conditioner counts. I was suggested to try this as I use sage dandruff shampoo regularly and have used silk conditioner in the past. I wasn't sure at first because it felt like I had to use too much to cover my hair due to the thickness. It was definitely worth it. My hair was easier to comb and after using the whole bottle I noticed that the ends started to break less. I wouldn't say it helps hair grow faster, but it does prevent the ends from breaking, which might seem like it. I also noticed that there was less hair on my brush. I am planning to buy a second bottle for my mom who has very thin hair and see how it works on her.
