Fragile display on single board computers

Fragile display. When trying to install the operating system with NOOBS, the Raspberry PI 3 crashed several times. Now the NOOBS images are written to the LCD, the raspberry boots in console mode (as I wanted), but the NOOBS setup screen is written permanently to the crystal's memory (ghost image on the LCD). I have attached a photo. The display is on, but the HDMI input is not connected.
