I am impressed with this suitcase. I ordered this to replace another brand that had long trays on each side which I have returned. Square trays suit my makeup better than long drawers. It also has a better hinge style that feels smoother when opening and closing the compartments. Dimensions of the box: 8.25"H x 11.75W x 7"D. However, if you need to store this on a shelf or in a drawer, the height including the legs and closed handle is 9.75". The Box stands stable and does not tip over when only one side is open.
