Review on Jensen JTA 460 3 Speed Turntable Encoding by James Ramirez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Low volume but good system

I have had a JTA-460 for a few months. The sound quality is pretty poor, I connected a 50w portable speaker that I had for other devices through the headphone jack. or you can use the line out jacks behind the player and the volume is amazing now. It's not necessary, but in my case I like loud music, the louder the better. That may be the cause of my hearing problems, but oh well. After playing with it for countless hours, I was able to figure out how to copy files, be it via MP3, USB, flash drive, record songs from FM stations, and most importantly, the main reason I got this was for copying from files from my 33 tracks to MP3 You can also copy files from 33 tracks to your computer and burn CDs. Of course he could use a better needle. I'll try hooking it up to my surround sound system just to see how it sounds. It's easy to get frustrated at first, but with patience, you'll quickly wrap this bad boy around your finger. This is a good phono if you want something small, comfortable and stylish, if so then this is a must have. As for the seller, I can't say enough, after placing the order and receiving the arrival date, the fono was delivered 3 days later. The packaging was great too, no cuts, no dents, everything is there, great job. So with that said, I'll be getting more feedback in a few months or so. Hope this helps another buyer.
