Pretty in Blue best in my review

Exactly what I needed. My daughter attended a sneaker ball and I didn’t want to spend too much on a dress. My daughter loves blue so she loved the dress.

Pros

Beautiful dress im very impressed price wise!

Cons

The dress may be too long or too short for some children

I would have given this dress a 5 star rating but it was a little on the shorter side. Thank goodness I had black stockings.And I couldn’t get the panels right.
