Terrible defective product - seller was unethical
I received the product with a defect - a pixel problem where the color doesn't appear right - rectangular - where the pixel error is. This is an internal issue at the top of the screen, bottom center of the screen. To date, I have not received a fair or reasonable decision. I contacted the seller about 4 times by phone (3 times) and by email (1 time). I'm bored of this. I will not buy from this seller again. I also emailed the seller a photo of the defect. I am everything.
