The scale was accurate for less than 30 days when my tried and true baking recipes faltered. I've found that the scale tends to underweight the ingredients. I followed all the troubleshooting steps in the online PDF for ED8060 and nothing worked. Now the unit button doesn't work at all. The scale freezes in solid ounces and the digital display keeps changing but never stable. Etekcity's return policy seems useless if you can't package the scale as originally shipped, which I can't. My postal scale is more accurate than this product, which should be designed as a kitchen scale. Looks like I bought a $10 scale and received a $2 product. Lesson learned, buy this product if you're willing to risk your $10.
