The package arrived in good condition, the package is a little heavy. Overall the design isn't bad, but in the box there are a few manufacturing flaws and poor protection of the parts. Here are some questions; B2 shelf (missing screw inserts), B7 shelf (damaged), A3 screw broken. Mount-it manufacturer contacted to easily replace missing and damaged parts. Their customer service rep argued a bit, basically saying they wouldn't help, they would just send it back to Revain and get another workstation. I explained that having a few spare parts to fix the manufacturer's mistakes means a lot of work for your customer, saving everyone time and money. Anyway I have no help, no spare parts, nothing good to say about mount-it.
