Chipped junk screws
I blame myself for knowing better but not listening. Screws are garbage. I even pre-drilled a hole, screwed it in, and as soon as and before it was fully attached the head broke off leaving the screw in the case with no way of getting it out. I thought I might have twisted it, but I did it again (also stupid) and canceled again. Completely useless and there is no way to support any weight.
