I like the fact you can track compliance with regulations and you can track the whole process from end to end. I dislike the fact that the search for a patient is a little tedious and you can only search for a patient with the name and the DOB. We are a healthcare company that is doing compliance with HIPAA. We are able to track the whole process, from end to end. We are also able to track the compliance of a patient and the process that the patient is following. The system is easy to use for all parties involved. The customer service team is amazing and always willing to help. I would not say there is anything I dislike about the system. I would highly recommend youCompli to other companies. It has been a good fit for our company. It helps to keep compliance up to date and keep us on track of all legal requirements. We also use it for our internal HR processes.
