Slightly inaccurate no reference
It gets 4 stars because it actually works and a false error means the valve works so buy it! It's accurate enough to get the cams within 1 tooth of the chain and that's all you need. But the manufacturing tolerances seem a little sloppy, so don't expect a perfect fit.
