I really liked these silicone pads and were recommended by a functional medicine doctor. Unfortunately, they release some type of chemical into the food that comes in contact with them. I used one of the pods in my toaster, not only was it slightly larger than a baking sheet (just enough that it couldn't lay flat), it left an odd taste on my reheated cabbage. Then I cooked pizza on big pads and the fun flavor came back. Of course I will send them back. I would not recommend silicone kitchen mats for people trying to avoid chemicals like aluminum. While the silicone is inert, the outer layer, whatever it's made of, is not. Just buy parchment paper.
