Review on 🌧️ Waterproof Hatley Boys' Splash Jacket: Stay Dry in Style! by Joe Glass

I usually love Hatley raincoats. This one (blue) was only worn a couple of times and the white was flaking off the color changing cape in places. My son really liked this raincoat but he won't wear it anymore because it looks weird. We used to have capes that change color and never had this problem. **** I asked Hatley for help and after some time I was told to contact Revain. So no more Hatley purchases for my family.
