This lightweight pick meets my needs NO PLASTIC. I've only used it once but it detangled my fine hair without half pulling it out. Can't speak to its durability yet but I don't see it splitting in two like some have said unless it's been dropped and maybe stepped on some hard ground. Hope this lasts a while!
