Review on Stylish and Versatile: Mark Fred Genuine Leather Reversible by Dennis Brinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

But nice belt.

Well, I almost gave this belt a star initially. Even with the instructions, I couldn't open the clip at first to remove the strap to cut it to size. I have used three other ratchet straps and have never had a problem with the clip opening. To do this, you will need to twist the reversible buckle sideways to access the clip to open it. I used a jeweler's screwdriver to pry the clip open to free it. I decided to videotape it so someone like me wouldn't struggle with it. I like the strap, it's very thick and works well. This is my first reversible ratchet strap. The hardware on the buckle is very easy to flip. The only downside, aside from how difficult it was to undo the clip, is that the dangling portion of the strap adjusts to your body. So when you fold the strap over, the strap flexes against your body and sticks out. You have to bend it several times to get the memory out. But other than that I would definitely buy this belt again and am very happy with it. Once you put on a ratchet harness, you will never go back to a regular harness.
