I didn't have a chance to try the product. I burned it by plugging it into a 220V outlet. I'll admit that this is partly my fault: I could care a little more about the tension. But as someone who has had the luxury of living in the 21st century and seeing amazing things like transportation network companies and the IoT unfolding everywhere, I'm stunned, to say the least, that I have to worry about things like tension. Okay, that's my problem, the device is designed to work on 120V. Not just my problem, this instruction manual says nothing about what is so critical for safe use. Also, the device didn't die instantly, which means there's no fuse inside, and what's damaged can't be easily replaced. This is not only inconvenient, but even dangerous. To sum it up: 1) The manual doesn't care about the voltage warning 2) The device doesn't handle surges properly, which again is not only inconvenient but also dangerous. Long story short: I wanted to buy a hair clipper, but got an overpriced physics lesson. And I want my money back.
