Nice crystal brushes, but the brushes fall out after a few uses.
The brushes were packed in a bag. Looks exactly like the picture, even better up close. I loved her. Very soft, but be careful when washing. I would give the brushes 5 stars. After 2 days with the flat brush and brushes, it fell apart completely. I had to push the brush back in. I sent it back to the seller and he sent me another set. So far, so good. Just be careful how you wash them.
