A good tofu press can be sturdier
Overall I like this tofu press, it does its job very well. However, I feel like I can get more water out of my tofu. Maybe I'm using it wrong, but it seems to me that the plastic lid flexes too much to squeeze as much water out of the tofu as possible. It is very easy to clean and assemble. I think this would be a good tofu press for beginners.
