You looked good online. I ordered size 10. I usually wear women's size 9.5. And they are not long enough and wide enough. I recommend trying a full size up, if you're a size 9 then try a size 10. Etc. But I think Keen is making women's shoes slimmer these days. And I usually wear B-width shoes, but Keen makes them so that my foot seems to be tucked in and my toe touches the end. One of the photos compares my old 2014 models to the new ones.
