Item received in perfect condition. I like the simple and efficient containers that the products are shipped in. The jet allows me to really get to my scalp and I love the feeling of cleanliness and freshness that I get on my scalp after using the conditioner. It feels clean and doesn't dry out. Moisturizing hair milk is really good. I think the bottle said to use it daily but I found it caused build up but that might be due to the porosity of my hair (I find I'm low when layering products which tends to be to collect on my strands or lies on top). But I will keep testing it. This product was also developed by a black dermatologist, so that's a big plus too!
