Terrible. Balloons with letters are immediately deflated through a straw hole. The straw that was included was barely long enough to pierce and inflate a couple of balloons, and it also broke when I tried to push it through the hole. THE BAG WAS RED HAIR AND I AM A BRUNETTE. You really feel comfortable putting your mouth on the balloons knowing someone's nasty thick hair was in their pocket with them. It's a nice idea but terrible quality. Save money and buy something else. I spent $20 on something that can't even be used.
