As a customer of the Aoty online business, I was dissatisfied with the way the transaction went in general. The sneakers and garments that I ordered were delivered to me in poor condition, with loose threads and seams that were poorly sewn. In addition, the sizes were not consistent and did not correspond to the specifications that were listed on the website. In addition, the jewelry and baby products did not appear to be of high quality and did not match the descriptions. It took a very long time to get a response from customer support when I called or emailed them, and they were unresponsive and unhelpful. The delivery took significantly longer than anticipated, and there was no tracking information offered. Returning items was a hassle because the instructions were ambiguous and there were hidden fees that weren't mentioned up front. If you are searching for high-quality clothing, shoes, or products for your baby, I do not think the Aoty internet store is the best place to look. The entire experience was aggravating, and I came away with things that were not worth the money I had spent on them.
