I'm 6'0192 and it's loose and comfortable but a little looser than I was hoping for. large size button down short sleeve shirt, it fits well, a bit loose, I might order another one at the doctor's office. I expect to have many wool dresses in the years to come. Super nice feeling, very comfortable and looks very nice. Hot or cold days, these are awesome shirts!
