Used on my dog and was effective
Luckily I only used this once and it worked great. I actually used it on my dog who was a little nervous but didn't respond to the device at all. I was expecting a pop or something dramatic, but he just grabbed the tick, pulled it out, caught it in the hole, I flushed it in the sink and walked on. If it was that easy to use on my dog, I think it's very easy to use on humans too.
