Very soft and cuddly. Should be useful for anyone over 5 foot. I am happy with it for the price. It would be better if one end had a smaller curve. Both ends are pretty large which limits its versatility. Both ends could actually be smaller but if one side was smaller than the other one could use the best side for their head depending on ones preference. I love it. I have problems with stiff neck and bad knees and I like to cuddle.
