Shortly after weeks of troubleshooting Creality support, they finally said they would send me a new motherboard. Pay for shipping with shipping invoice. Even though it's only $9.66, I still say it's a bunch of BS. I buy a brand new product and it doesn't work right away, they spend a lot of time on pointless troubleshooting and then want to charge me for shipping a part that may (or may not) solve the problem. oh and literally as I was typing this I received another email saying they thought it was a "T-bolt", they were talking about a Z-bar, I mean WTF. You have no idea what's going on. So right now it's not renovated, it's not finished, but mentally I'm done, I hate this thing and I really regret buying it every time. I'm sure people who love creativity will probably smack me (my exit button is stuck in the off position at this point), but I'll just say that I'm extremely disappointed with Creality printers. I'm not sure if it's been used before, but "Crapality" is what I'll call this brand from now on. Even if the product is decent, the service deserves the name. Crapality is like that. Details: So I tried to contact Creality, since I was in the US I usually got a response around 3am, I replied with the results and then waited until the next day (days or more) to get a response receive. This went on for several weeks. During that time, although the problem I was having you could duplicate from the printer menu, which I've explained many times, they got me to adjust the slicer settings, check the bed height, check everything for squareness, etc. etc. The last one was that they sent me a gcode that did literally nothing except set the z-pitch to 800. I mean actually the result was pretty stupid, it went up to 5mm from the panel, it actually increased z by almost 10mm. I laughed. So I got the answer that they will release a new motherboard. got the answer that they think it is screw T (screw Z). At this point I'm almost done with it, if I decide to pay for the stupid shipping and it fixes the printer that's on sale I can't accept these types of Bs, I totally learned my lesson by approving Bought crap from China.
