Very good versatility

This appears to be a very well made product that goes perfectly with the Insta-Pot Mini. I used it to steam veggies, but the first thing I applied was a recipe for salmon with lemon and dill. The recipe called for Insta-Pot steaming as well as skin-on salmon fillets. Since I only had skinless fillets I used this steamer basket and it was so easy to grab the handle and take it out of the Insta-Pot. By the way, salmon is delicious.
