It's not RIFD protected (or whatever the abbreviation is for wallets/pouches that protect your cards from identity theft) but that's the only real downside. The bag is well made, delivered on time and comes in a protective drawstring pouch which was a nice touch. I love that it can hold two passports and has a tie because you can keep your passport and ticket together using the tie that keeps the flap closed. It is a good gift for a person who finds it difficult to shop and likes to travel.
