Rollerballs do not work

I use these bottles for essential oils and I use only fractionated coconut oil as the carrier. This is a very fluid carrier and the viscosity is very thin. The rollerball in my first bottle worked fine. Then I tried 5 more later on and none of them worked. The ball would not roll. I tried putting less fluid in the bottle and that did not help. Unfortunately I am past the return date.

Sticker labels provided. Includes two siphon droppers. Perfect for sharing oils!

Cons

One of the tops came without the ball included. But they are the perfect size for samples.
