I first bought the first version of this keyboard and while it was good it had some flaws that prevented me from using it as my main keyboard. First, the front of the keyboard was too high, making it awkward to use without a lot of palm rest. V2 fixes this by making the keyboard narrower at the bottom. It also includes 2 leg positions compared to the V1 which only had one position. Second, the V1 made an incredibly annoying "ringing" sound that could be heard when in a quiet room. I'm happy to report that I can't hear a ping with the V2 keyboard. Sounds solid, even with your legs up. Third (and it didn't really matter), with V1 it was impossible to tell if you had capitalization enabled or not. In V2, Caps Lock glows red when it's on (you don't need an RGB keyboard for this feature). The V2 also adds Bluetooth 5.1 and it wakes up and connects to my Macbook significantly faster than the V1.TL; DR: If you have a Mac and want a wireless mechanical keyboard, this is the best way to spend your $75. I really have no complaints.
