Basically I just bought these headphones to keep my ears warm this winter. While I loved the idea of having headphones that could keep me warm and function as headphones, I was very skeptical about the sound quality they would produce. So I figured that even if the sound quality sounded terrible, at least I had warm headphones (or at least they looked warm in the photos in the product description). Fortunately, I can report that not only are they very warm, but the sound quality is actually surprisingly good. First off, let me say that they keep your ears warm for minutes when you put them on - and my goodness, they're very comfortable. They're nice and soft on the ears while also having a strong metal wire in the earbuds on top to support them. You can adjust the wire with your hands to make it tighter or looser as needed. It's worth noting that the muffs come with a nifty little carrying case, although I'm not sure I'll be using it that much; enough in my large coat pocket. And as I mentioned before, the sound quality is really good. It's not as good as, say, an $80 set of professional headphones, but I've used $25 headphones and earbuds, which were absolute rubbish by comparison. Low frequencies and bass are heard very well through the headphones. It's also very good at noise-cancellation, so you'll definitely struggle to hear anything outside of the headphones themselves if you crank it up loud enough. In addition, noise does not leak through the material, so other people around you cannot hear what you are hearing. However, there are a few things that keep me from giving these clutches 5 stars. First, my biggest complaint is that while they feel comfortable, they aren't snug enough for me, which I like. I would have liked more support, especially at the back. Whenever I go running (especially when I'm running really fast) I feel like they're about to fall off my back, and a few times they fell off my head. What might really help would be if they had an extra metal wire on the bottom of the muffs in the back to give extra support, not just the top. But you can give yourself extra support by wearing a coat and/or hat, so this is one way to solve that problem. And my second complaint (albeit a small one) is that getting a Bluetooth electronics box is really annoying. from clutches. On the one hand, it's nice to have it in a safe place so it doesn't rattle in the clutches when moving. But on the other hand, it's really difficult to access when you need to charge it. The charging port is very difficult to access when securely stored in the clutches, requiring you to remove the box from the clutches in order to charge it. Worst of all, having to shove the box back into the cramped clutch space is even more annoying. On the other hand, at least the fact that it holds a charge for quite a long time. I only had to charge it once when it arrived. After a few hours, it still holds the original charge. All in all I would recommend these headphones. They're the perfect winter companions for your phone when you're outside when you want to keep your ears warm and entertained.
