I keep buying these hats because my head size is XXL which makes most everyday hats look doll-like. I don't like buying or trying on hats because I know they won't fit. Gluing patches to this hat with an iron will melt the inner mesh, which always looks warped on the outside. Your best bet is to spend $8 and ask a dry cleaner or seamstress to apply the patches if you want. The hat is comfortable enough to wear all day, every day.
