Ok considering I haven't even had a year and already have two broken cameras and I made a service request earlier today they did reply but they asked me for all weird numbers and stuff , so I left them my number if they call me, yes I will upgrade them to five stars if they give a guarantee on their product and if not they have a very dissatisfied rustic buyer on their part, especially since He has too did not pay for the 3-year extended warranty
